「荷物」を英語で言うと？

My baggage is missing.
荷物が見つかりません。

「申告する」を英語で言うと？

I have nothing to declare.
申告するものは、何もありません。（空港の税関審査にて）

“If you declare goods that you have bought in another country or money that you have earned, you say how much you have bought or earned so that you can pay tax on it.”
「他国から持ってきた品物または収入として得たお金をdeclareするということは、持ってきたまたは稼いだ金額を告げてそれに対する税金を支払うことを意味する。」

　ポイント
declare は、declare for～（～を支持表明する）またはdeclare against～（～に反対を表明する）というフレーズで使います。

The senator has now declared for the tax cuts.
その上院議員は減税支持を表明した。

She declared against the government’s policies.
彼女は政府の政策に反対であることを表明した。

ただし、「declare war against」とすると「～に対して宣戦を布告する」と言う意味になります。
