I’m a little under the weather.
ちょっと体調が悪いです。

　意味：体調が優れない、具合が悪い

　類義語： ill、unwell、sick

　英語辞典：”If you say that you are under the weather, you mean that you feel slightly ill.”
「under the weatherですと言った場合、少し具合が悪いという意味になります。」

最近どう？

　友人などの親しい間柄で使われる表現で、「Hey」「Hi」「Hello」の代わりの挨拶。「How are you?」と同じで、答えを期待して質問をしているわけではないので、答えるときは、「Not much」「Nothing much」と軽く答えることが多い。

他に、困っているような様子の友達に「どうしたの？」と質問する場合にもこの表現が使われる。この場合は「What’s the matter?」と同じ意味。

賛否両論

　controversialの意味：議論を引き起こす、物議を醸している、論議を呼ぶ、論争の的になる

出席

Certificates of Attendance are given to students who attend 90% or more of the classes.
受講証明書は、90％以上の出席をした学生に渡されます。

学生ビザで留学をした場合、出席率が悪いと受講証明書（Certificates of Attendance）や修了証明書（Certificate of Completion）をもらえないだけでなく、学生ビザのルールを守っていないとして退学処分にされることもあるので要注意です！
