Alcohol kills 3.3 million people worldwide each year, more than AIDS, tuberculosis and violence combined, the World Health Organization said Monday, warning that booze consumption is on the rise.

月曜日の世界保険機関に公表によると、アルコールが原因で世界中で毎年３３０万人が死亡しているが、その数はエイズ、結核、暴力による全ての死亡者全てをあわせた死亡者数以上となっており、アルコールの消費量は増加傾向にあると警告している。
